We ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website (or relevant courier site for international orders).
Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change your address, email us at sales@tawq.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at sales@tawq.com.au.
