Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping (AusPost Regular Parcel):

    • Flat rate: $9.99

    • Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (AusPost Express Post):

    • Flat rate: $14.99

    • Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over $99.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by country).

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website (or relevant courier site for international orders).

Shipping Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to change your address, email us at sales@tawq.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at sales@tawq.com.au.

  • We will work with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund.
